Tenants Fees:       

•        Holding fee of £200, to be deducted from total move in amount.

•       Our administration charge is £150.00 including VAT per tenant 18 years and over. This fee covers raising and completing all required paperwork including the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

•        Referencing fee is £48.00 including VAT per tenant 18 years and over obtained via FCC Paragon. 

•        First months rent

•        Six weeks security deposit held by Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

All charges will need to be paid in cleared funds on or before the day of moving in.

•        You may be liable for a check out fee at the end of your tenancy, please find below a standardised price list:

Studio from £97.50 inc VAT 

1 bed from £1025.00 inc VAT 

2 bed from £112.50 inc VAT 

3 bed from £142.50 inc VAT 

4 bed from £157.50 inc VAT 

5 bed from £187.50 inc VAT


•        If the tenancy is renewed there will be a charge of £72.00 including VAT.

It is the landlord’s responsibility to insure the building and their contents; however it is the responsibility of the tenant to insure their own contents.

Austin Residential accept no responsibility should the tenancy start date be delayed for any reason caused by the landlord, current tenant or yourselves. Should the reference checks or return of papers delay the start date then you hereby agree that the tenancy shall still commence at the date agreed but you will not be permitted to occupy the property until the satisfactory paperwork is completed.

Austin Residential are member's of the Property Ombudsman and the National Approved Letting Scheme.
